About Daniel Lack Productions

My Values

Authenticity: Your wedding film should feel real. I focus on capturing genuine moments as they naturally unfold so your film reflects the true emotions, personalities, and story that make your relationship unique.

Timeless: Wedding trends come and go, but your film should last for generations. My goal is to create a timeless piece that allows you to relive the beauty, emotion, and meaning of your wedding day for years to come.

Efficiency: Your memories are most vivid right after the wedding day. That’s why I prioritize a quick turnaround time, so you can relive your film and share it with family and friends while the excitement and memories are still fresh.

My Vision

Too often, wedding videos can begin to feel the same—following a familiar formula that doesn’t always reflect the unique story of each couple. My vision is to create wedding films that feel personal, genuine, and timeless rather than staged or predictable. Every couple has a story worth telling, and your film should reflect the moments, emotions, and personality that make your relationship truly unique.

My Mission

Marriage is something deeply meaningful to me. It represents love, sacrifice, kindness, commitment, and a promise that lasts a lifetime. My goal as a filmmaker is to capture the beauty and significance of that commitment through the real moments of your wedding day, creating a film that reflects not just the event, but the heart behind it.

I’m engaged to my beautiful fiancée, Brooke Erhard, and together we’re passionate about building a marriage that honors God.

My journey into videography originally began while I was in school, creating sports and business videos. Through that experience, I developed a love for storytelling through film. Over time, that passion naturally grew into wedding videography.

I graduated from Millikin University with a degree in Finance, where I also had the opportunity to play baseball. During my time there, I was actively involved in my faith, serving as a leader with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and starting a small group for members of the baseball team. My faith has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember, and it continues to shape the way I approach both my work and relationships.

Today, I work full-time at Busey Bank as a Credit and Wealth Analyst.

Brooke is currently finishing her degree in Marketing at Illinois Wesleyan University while playing golf. Similarly, Brooke also started a small group for her women’s golf team.

We’ve known each other since we were kids and couldn’t be more excited to start this next chapter of life together. Brooke and I are deeply passionate about marriage and the commitment it represents. That’s why we love combining our talents and perspectives to help other couples preserve and celebrate one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
